What we built
A conversion site built around proof. The transformations gallery does the selling, real client results with real numbers, and the checkout removes every excuse to "DM me later." Programs are laid out like products, not paragraphs.
The design borrows from performance culture: heavy type, hard contrast, red accents. It looks like the training feels.
The hard part
All the proof lived in places search engines cannot read — WhatsApp threads, Instagram stories, a camera roll. Six years of results, none of it structured, none of it linkable. The second problem was the audience: they read Arabic, they buy on a phone, and they are often on mobile data, so anything heavy or English-only loses them before the offer lands.
The call we made
Proof became the architecture, not a testimonial strip. Transformations and reviews are their own pages with their own URLs, the certificates are on the page rather than injected after load, and checkout takes payment without a discovery call. The whole site is static HTML on a CDN — no framework tax — so it opens fast on a mid-range phone, and it runs in Arabic and English on separate, indexable URLs.
