Why websites go stale, and what monthly care does
Most websites are launched, admired for a week, and then left alone. A year later the phone number is outdated, the "new" product is old, and nobody knows why enquiries dried up. The site did not break. It just stopped being looked after, and it shows.
Our Care & Growth service is the opposite of that. Launch is day one, not the finish line. Every month we look at two sources of truth and act on them.
Watching real visitors: Microsoft Clarity
Clarity is a free tool that records how real people use your site: where they scroll, what they tap, where they hesitate, where they give up. It is like standing behind your visitors' shoulders. When recordings show people rage-tapping a button that is not a button, or abandoning a form at the same field, we do not guess. We fix that exact thing.
Watching Google: Search Console
Search Console shows what people typed into Google before finding you, and where you ranked. If hundreds of people search for something you offer but you show up on page three, that is a page worth writing or improving. If a page suddenly drops, we see it early instead of six months later.
What you get
Small, steady improvements that compound: confusing spots smoothed out, new sections added when your business moves, content written for what people actually search. Your site gets better every month while your competitors' sites quietly age.
Got a site that has been sitting still?
Send the link. We will look at it honestly and tell you what monthly care would change.
