Website maintenance and care in Egypt
Launch is day one. Every month we study how real visitors actually use your site, then make it better — recordings and search data, not opinions.
Most sites in this market are launched and then abandoned. Nothing dramatic happens; they simply stop being true. The offer changes and the homepage does not. A button that confuses people keeps confusing them for two years because nobody was watching.
A care plan is not hosting and it is not a support inbox. It is a monthly cycle: watch what real visitors do, find the specific place they hesitate, fix that, and check the speed has not slipped. A clearer button this month and a new page the next is a different site a year later.
What happens each month
- Recordings, not guesses — Microsoft Clarity shows where people hesitate and rage-tap. We fix exactly that.
- Search data into pages — Search Console shows what people want from you. We build the pages that answer.
- Fixes that compound — a clearer button this month, a new page the next. A year later, a different site.
- Speed never slips — monthly checks keep the site under a second while it grows.
Why 'search data into pages' is the part that pays
Search Console is the only place that tells you, in your customers' own words, what they wanted from you and did not get. A query that brings you impressions but no clicks is a page you have not written yet, described precisely by the people who would have read it.
That is the whole loop: the data names the page, we build it, and next month the data says whether it worked. It is slower than a campaign and it does not stop when you stop paying for it.
Sites we still look after
- IGBS — Egypt's largest trademark firm — five languages, full Arabic right-to-left, 17,000 records.
- Premium Homes — curated commercial real estate across Greater Cairo, presented to match the addresses.
- كل الأعمال — every site we have built and still stands behind — open any of them and try it.
How a project runs
- We start with the friction, not the feature list — where the current setup actually breaks, and what it costs when it does.
- A written scope: which modules go in phase one, what each one does, the timeline and what is explicitly out.
- We build in phases, so one department is live and useful before the next starts. You see working software early, not a demo at the end.
- Handover in your name: code, database, hosting and documentation. You can move all of it to another team without asking us.
Common questions
Do you only maintain sites you built?
Mostly, but not only. For a site someone else built we start with an audit, because we will not sign up to maintain something we have not looked inside.
What is the difference between this and hosting?
Hosting keeps the site online. This keeps it working — which is a different job, and the one that decides whether the site is still earning in two years.
Can we stop whenever we want?
Yes. It is monthly, and everything is in your name anyway, so there is nothing to extract if you leave.
What if nothing needs fixing this month?
Then we build something instead — usually the page Search Console says is missing. The month is never spent doing nothing.
