Egypt's finest commercial addresses, presented to match.
Premium Homes curates and rents commercial space across Greater Cairo — offices, storefronts and F&B, every property vetted in person before it is listed. A consultancy that sells judgement needed a site that feels like the addresses it represents.
Send a brief, get a hand-picked shortlist within two days. The whole site is built around that promise: one form, no listings maze.
New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, Sheikh Zayed & Smart Village, and Heliopolis' Korba — each district with its own character and its own page.
From a 40 m² storefront to a full 6,000 m² floor, every unit is walked and vetted in person before it earns a listing.
What we built
A dark, editorial site that sells the address before the viewing: full-bleed photography, serif headlines, and a portfolio that reads like a private catalogue rather than a listings board. Every page funnels to one action — book a viewing.
Property portals compete on volume. A consultancy competes on judgement. The site had to make that difference visible in the first screen.
The hard part
Listings portals train people to expect filters, maps and a thousand results. Premium Homes carries a short, deliberate portfolio instead. Shown in a standard portal layout, that curation would read as scarcity — an empty marketplace instead of a shortlist. The site had to make the curation feel like the point, not the problem.
The call we made
We built it as a portfolio, not a portal. Each district gets its own story, each space its own page, and the numbers that matter — size, condition, handover — sit next to a single action: book a viewing. Everything else moves into a brief. Tell the consultants what you need, and a shortlist comes back within 48 hours, including off-market spaces that never get listed.
